Terms of Use

What this service is

Louisville Rat Control is a call referral service. When you call, we transfer you to a licensed, independent pest control company working in Louisville and Jefferson County. We don't do the trapping, sealing or cleanup ourselves. The company you talk to sets the price and the schedule, and any warranty or guarantee is theirs.

About the information here

The pages on this site describe rats, mice and the usual ways they're handled in Louisville. They're general information. They aren't a quote, an inspection or advice about your particular house. Follow product labels and the advice of the technician who actually looks at your property.

No promises about providers

The site is offered as is. We can't promise that a company will be free on a given day or will charge a given price. The company you talk to sets its own schedule, prices, guarantees and terms, so confirm those with them before work starts.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Louisville Rat Control isn't responsible for work performed by independent companies or for losses that come from using this site.
